FIONA APPLE AT THE SOUND ACADEMY
Fiona Apple was in town on her countries birthday bringing a polished, solid show to The Sound Academy. To be honest her frame looked quite small and weak. Appearances though can be deceiving. Fiona belted out her tunes once her voice had a chance to warm up. Appearing at times to be in a trance while the band behind her played. Laying flat out on the stage floor, or pulling some interpretive dance moves. Regardless, her fans loved it, and she brought an emotion and intensity to the show that would be nice to see from more performers these days.
